As a niche intimate event - as opposed to a big trade show - we do not open the exhibition up to visitors and walk-through traffic.

All prices are quoted, and all payments are taken, in UK Pounds Sterling.

2025 Prices

Early-bird fee (ends 31st Jan 2025) - UK£ 3200.00
Standard fee (ends 25th April 2025) - UK£ 3325.00
On-site fee (after 25th April 2025) - UK£ 3645.00

Booth personnel

Each exhibiting company is entitled to book a maximum of two booth personnel.

They will be charged at UK£ 395.00 per person and receive:

- two-day access to exhibition hall
- two-day access to lunches
- two-day access to refreshment breaks
