A call for papers is now open.
Deadline for submission to claire@mcimedia.com is Friday 10th January 2025.

Please ensure abstracts are max. 300 words in word format or in the body of an email which clearly states the title, aim and intention of the presentation. Send to claire@mcimedia.com

Speakers are required to register for the event and pay the relevant delegate fees and are responsible for the booking and payment of their own travel and accommodation

Authors of selected abstracts are required to submit a full technical paper in addition to their PowerPoint presentation.
